1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of greenlightadvisory.io and your purchase of services from Greenlight Advisory LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Greenlight," "we," "us"). By using the site, paying for a service, or submitting the audit intake form, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. A signed agreement for an advisory engagement takes priority over these Terms where the two differ.
2. The Workflow Audit
- What it is: a written review of how your organization runs its clinical research sales and operations workflow, across seven stages from prospecting to First Patient In, with a gap analysis, scorecard, recommendations and a 30-day roadmap.
- Fee: $2,500, a flat fee paid in advance by card, bank account (ACH) or invoice.
- How it works: after payment, you receive a link to the intake form. The report is prepared from your intake answers and delivered within 48 to 72 hours of a complete intake submission.
- Your answers: the report depends on what you tell us. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your intake answers.
- Advisory credit: if you start an advisory engagement with Greenlight within 14 days of receiving your report, the full audit fee is credited toward your first advisory invoice.
3. Payment
Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. A bank (ACH) payment can take a few business days to clear; the intake link is sent once the payment has cleared. Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice, and work begins once payment is received. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include any taxes that may apply.
4. Refunds and cancellations
- If you cancel before submitting the intake form, you receive a full refund.
- Once the intake form has been submitted, work on your report has begun and the fee is non-refundable.
- If we don't deliver your report within 5 business days of a complete intake submission, you may request a full refund.
To request a refund, email support@greenlightadvisory.io. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
5. What the audit is and isn't
The audit and any advisory work are recommendations about business processes and systems. They are not legal, regulatory, medical, financial or tax advice, and they do not guarantee any particular result, such as winning studies, faster activation or higher revenue. Decisions about what to implement, and the implementation itself, remain yours. Parts of the report are drafted with the help of AI and reviewed before delivery.
6. No patient information
Do not submit patient names, medical records or any other protected health information through this site or the intake form. Our services do not need it, and we are not set up to receive it.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your intake answers and your report as confidential. We use them only to provide our services to you and share them only with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We will not publish or share your organization's information or identify you as a client without your written permission. We may use what we learn, with all identifying details removed, to improve our services.
8. Ownership
Once paid for, your report is yours to use within your organization, including sharing it with your staff, consultants and vendors. Greenlight keeps ownership of its frameworks, templates, methods and other materials, including the seven-stage framework and the free guide, and you may not resell or republish them.
9. Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain access to non-public areas, or submit false or harmful information. The content on this site is provided for general information.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Greenlight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. The Terms in effect when you pay apply to that purchase.
