We never ask for patient information. The audit intake asks how your organization runs its sales and operations work, not about patients. Please don't enter patient names, medical records or other protected health information anywhere on this site.
1. Who we are
Greenlight Advisory LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Greenlight," "we," "us"), provides clinical research sales and operations advisory services, including the Clinical Research Sales & Operations Workflow Audit, through greenlightadvisory.io. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us through the contact form, the free guide form, the invoice request form or by email: your name, work email, organization, role and anything you write in your message.
- Audit intake answers: the information you enter in the audit intake form about your organization's systems, workflows and team. This is business information about how your organization operates.
- Payment information: when you pay by card or bank account, payment details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card or bank account numbers. We keep a record of the payment (amount, date, payer name and email, and status).
- Invoice details: if you request an invoice, the billing contact, address and finance contact you provide.
- Scheduling details: if you book a call through Calendly, the details you enter there.
- Technical information: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels.
3. How we use it
- To provide what you asked for: send the free guide, answer your message, issue an invoice, process your payment, and prepare and deliver your audit report.
- To generate your audit report. Your intake answers are processed with an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to draft the report, which is then reviewed before delivery.
- To communicate with you about your audit or engagement, including follow-up about advisory services. You can ask us to stop follow-up at any time.
- To keep business, tax and accounting records, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that run this site and our services, and only what each one needs to do its job:

We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact and intake information for as long as needed to provide the service and follow up on it, and payment and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Audit reports and intake answers are kept for up to three years so that a later engagement can build on them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you follow-up emails. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or international privacy law. To make a request, email support@greenlightadvisory.io. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we won't treat you differently for making one.
7. Security
All pages and forms on this site use encrypted (HTTPS) connections, payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and access to intake answers and reports is limited to Greenlight. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.
8. Children
This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
